Order processing

All packages are shipped within 48 working hours (unless specifically mentioned).

Béni reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if it is deemed fraudulent.

Delivery method

We deliver to your home anywhere in the world.

Deliveries are ensured by:

  • La Poste by tracked mail (France - deliveries less than €100)
  • Colissimo (France - deliveries over €100 and EU)
  • DHL for express deliveries and deliveries outside the EU (including Denmark, Finland, Greece, Sweden, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Estonia, Malta, Romania).

We recommend using your business address as deliveries are most often during the day.

For deliveries made in France by Colissimo, in the event of the recipient's absence, the packages will be collected from the post office to which you are attached. You have 10 working days from the arrival of your package at the post office to collect it with proof of identity. After this period, it will be returned.

For deliveries made by DHL, in the event of the recipient's absence, a redelivery will be made. On the 2nd failure, an SMS will be sent to you asking if you would like the package to be made available at the agency or returned.

Delivery rates

Deliveries are free in mainland France.

In the EU, deliveries are free for all orders over €100, below that they will be charged €10.

In other destinations, deliveries are free for all orders over €200, below that they will be charged €15.

Return policy

Did you get the size wrong? Do you want to change color? You don't like the model? You have 30 days after your order to return your purchases to us for a refund.

Returns must be made in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories) in new condition, and accompanied by a copy of the purchase invoice. Upon receipt of the package, Béni will judge the perfect condition of the returned merchandise. No returns will be accepted if the returned items have been visibly used or damaged by the customer and this use or damage renders the items unfit for sale. If the return is refused, the items will then be returned to the customer. Return costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

We do not carry out exchanges directly on the site. To change size or color, simply return your item for free and reorder. If you order the same model in a different size or color, the shipping costs for this new purchase will be refunded upon request to bonjour@beni.fr.

The return of Products is free if the place of Delivery is in Metropolitan France. The return of the Products is the responsibility of the Customer if the place of Delivery is outside mainland France and is done at his own risk.

How to return a product from mainland France?

We accept returns within 30 days.

From mainland France, returns are free.

  1. Send us an email to bonjour@beni.fr specifying the reference of your order. Please tell us the reason for the return, this will help us improve our products. We will send you a prepaid Colissimo return voucher by return email.
  2. Once your return request has been validated, fold the product into its original plastic packaging and carefully prepare your package. IMPERATIVELY insert your delivery note in the package. If you have lost it, please contact us at bonjour@beni.fr.
  3. Print the prepaid return label received by email and stick it on your package.
  4. Finally, drop it off at the post office of your choice. Be sure to keep your tracking slip carefully.

Once your package is received and validated, give us a few days to process your return. You will receive an email to notify you when the refund has been made.

NB: refunds are made via our payment operator Stripe, by the same means as the initial payment.

How to return a product outside mainland France?

We accept returns within 30 days.

  1. Send us an email to bonjour@beni.fr specifying the reference of your order. Please do not hesitate to tell us the reason for the return, this will help us improve our products!
  2. Once your return request has been validated, fold the product into its original plastic packaging and carefully prepare your package. IMPERATIVELY insert your delivery note in the package. If you have lost it, please contact us at bonjour@beni.fr.

Be sure to keep your tracking slip carefully.
